- defending claims for injunctive relief in the utilities sector;
- successfully defending a client in the utilities sector in a test claim brought by SME customers;
- bringing a claim valued at more than £6 million for breach of contract, estoppel and constructive trust against the executors of a deceased person’s estate; and
- recovering a considerable sum of money for a plc client for breach of contract while having to manage highly sensitive political and public relations issues surrounding the case.
