Justine advises on disputes arising out of the administration of a trust or an estate, including challenges to the validity of a will, applications for financial provision under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependents) Act 1975, breach of trust and removal claims against executors and trustees, claims for the rectification of wills, infant approval applications, applications to Charity Commission for ex-gratia charity payments, disputed deputyship applications and other court of protection matters.
Justine also acts in property disputes, such as claims regarding disputed ownership (TOLATA claims), repossession and landlord/tenant disputes.
Justine acts for individuals, institutions and charities. She has specialist experience in dealing with complex estates and trusts, and in acting for educational institutions and charities.
Justine is a member of ACTAPS (Association of Contentious Trusts and Probate Specialists).
