- carrying out specialised pre-completion due diligence investigations to meet strict investment criteria for a risk-adverse purchaser without alienating the seller;
- refinancing a children’s nursey to raise £1.8 million to enable expansion and future growth; and
- supporting a small-scale retailer looking to assign their lease to a nervous and demanding purchaser as part of a wider business sale.
