Oliver advises on a wide range of public law issues and is a judicial review specialist. In addition he regularly advises litigants on claims including abuse, harassment, defamation, data protection, breach of confidence or the misuse of confidential information, infringement of intellectual property rights, shareholder disputes, professional negligence and injunctions.
Much of Oliver’s work involves acting within the healthcare sector for patients, drug companies, care home operators and national bodies such as the National Pharmacy Association. He also acts for a broad spectrum of clients including celebrities, high-profile Police officers and company owners.
