Our Paralegals and Trainees are extremely valued members of our teams and we recognise that the first steps into your legal career are important. We make a commitment to invest in our Paralegals to ensure they gain the best experience possible with the opportunity to then move on within the business to begin a training contract.

We only offer training contracts to internal applicants and we will provide you with sufficient knowledge, experience and skills to be ready for this move.

As a Trainee you will spend either 24 or 18 months (depending on your previous legal experience) with our legal teams where you gain extensive experience with our lawyers.
