A leading banking lawyer has joined Knights as our growth continues in Teesside.
Partner Kerry Gibbons has a broad range of finance experience, including general banking transactions, and has worked alongside major banks, real estate developers and borrowers.
Kerry's experience spans acquisition finance, structured finance and real estate finance transactions. Her arrival adds to the comprehensive range of expertise Knights has to offer as the largest regional legal services business in the UK.

Kerry’s appointment builds on significant growth in the North East, with colleagues in Teesside and Newcastle working as part of a team of more than 1,200 professionals across 23 locations nationwide.
She will be based at Knights’ recently-refurbished office in Stockton on Tees – a premium space that offers a platform for further growth.
